How Your Log Delivery Works
1. Place your order
Order online and tell us your address, how many bags you need and anything we should know about access or delivery requirements.
2. Arrange your delivery day
We’ll contact you to confirm your order and arrange a delivery day, normally within a few days. Any delivery fee will be confirmed before your order is delivered.
3. Receive your logs and pay
We deliver to your driveway or roadside. Please arrange to be home to receive your logs and pay by cash or card.
Need a different arrangement? Discuss it with us when ordering so the details can be agreed before delivery.
Our Logs
Quality kiln dried hardwood logs, delivered in jumbo bags of approximately 1m³. Add a 4kg sack of kindling to your order if needed.
Our logs are stored under cover at our Harefield yard until delivery.

Is delivery free to my address?
Delivery is free to all the towns and villages within 10 miles of High Wycombe. Most of the areas list above are free of charge delivery. The postcode districts are a guide to those locations.
For addresses further afield, a small delivery fee may apply. Call 07782 347 821 or drop us a message with your postcode to confirm coverage and any charge.
When will my logs arrive?
Delivery is normally within a few days of ordering. We’ll contact you to arrange a delivery day.
If you need logs urgently, call to check availability.
What times do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
If these times are difficult for you, contact Logs U Like to discuss special arrangements.
Where will you leave my logs?
Delivery is to your driveway or roadside. Let us know about narrow access, gates, parking restrictions or particular placement requirements when ordering.
Special delivery arrangements can be discussed and agreed in advance.
Do I need to be home?
Normally, yes, so you can receive your logs and make payment. If you can’t be there, contact us when ordering to discuss alternative delivery and payment arrangements.
Do I pay in advance?
No. Pay by cash or card when your logs arrive. Any alternative payment arrangement should be agreed with Logs U Like before delivery.
